Cancellation Policy
You can skip boxes or cancel your membership or auto-renewal in the Membership Portal.
We hate saying goodbye. If for any reason you are unsatisfied please contact us at StorytimeSmilesInfo@gmail.com to see if we can work things out before you go.
If we must say goodbye, here is the info:
Members on a monthly plan who choose to cancel will receive any boxes due to them from the current billing cycle and their membership will end.
Members on a prepaid plan who want to cancel will continue to receive boxes until the end of their current billing cycle (month, 3 month, 6 month, annual). This is because inventory purchases are made ahead of time based on membership numbers.
